A little more about me…

I’m a freelance recipe developer and creative project manager, making content for small businesses in my Georgia kitchen and studio. I’m passionate about French pastry, handmade pasta, Asian, and Modern American cuisines with a focus on high-quality, seasonal ingredients.

A 20-year veteran of fine dining, I’ve worked for Chefs and restaurateurs from Drew Nieporent to Thomas Keller. The last decade of which working as a recipe developer, content marketer, and photographer for New York’s premier meat, poultry, and game purveyor.

Craving more personally fulfilling work, I transitioned to freelance exclusively in 2020. Connecting with small businesses, niche producers, and makers has been profoundly meaningful and allowed me to realize some longstanding creative goals.

On the weekends you can find me vending my baked goods at my local farmer’s market, container gardening, hitting estate sales for vintage props, and of course, cooking for friends and family.
